Accepted Methods of Payment

VMTraining accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Purchase Orders*, Certified Checks, and Wire Transfers.   SEATING IN CLASS IS BASED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.  SECURING A SEAT IN A CLASS REQUIRES ALL NECESSARY TUITION PAYMENTS TO BE RECEIVED AT LEAST 15 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THE START DATE OF THE COURSE ENROLLED, UPON SIGNUP, WHICHEVER IS LATER, OR BY SET DEADLINE IN CASES OF SPECIAL OFFERINGS AS DETERMINED BY VMTraining.  Regardless of the form of payment, tuition must be received prior to the student (s) attending the purchased course.

*Purchase Orders are occasionally accepted from companies with whom VMTraining has an established relationship. Purchase Orders must be received at least fifteen (15) business days before the start of the course, or upon receipt of invoice, whichever is later. Payment on Purchase Orders must be received no later than fifteen (15) days after the course date. If you would like to submit a Purchase Order, please contact us at (919) 889-1880 or email our billing department at sales@vmtraining.net

Student Cancellation/Refund Policy

Once payment is received by VMTraining, any cancellation request may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee, calculated from the invoice to cover administrative cost associated with the registration and course delivery requirements.

Cancellations 30 days prior to the requested course delivery will receive a refund minus any administrative fees to process the student registration, 10% of invoice or a minimum of $499.00, whichever is higher.  Student cancellations between 29-15 days prior to class delivery will receive 50% tuition reimbursement of the course fee.  With the exception of special circumstances, cancellations within 15 days prior to class are non-refundable.

All requests to change a registration must be in writing via e-mail to sales@vmtraining.net or done by notifying your VMTraining sales representative.

VMTraining Re-sit

VMTraining offers a (6) month re-sit guarantee on their courses, and a 1 year free re-sit on all VMTraining courses so long as it is on the same version of the technology.  Students are required to use their original courseware, or purchase new courseware in the event an update has occurred and their version of courseware is not current to the class delivery.

VMTraining – Cancellation – Refund Policy

Many factors must be considered and coordinated for a successful class to be delivered.  From time to time circumstances require VMTraining to adjust, reschedule, or even cancel course deliveries to meet the minimum class size requirements (MCSR) or accommodate instructor availability in order to make a delivery possible.  VMTraining makes every effort to make advertised classes run as advertised.  If VMTraining cancels a course for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fee only. VMTraining will contact the student by phone or email as part of the cancellation process to attempt to arrange another suitable date for training.

Withdrawals

Students may withdraw a registration up to fifteen (15) business days before the scheduled start date of the class without penalty by submitting a written notice to VMTraining or emailing sales@vmtraining.net .

All tuition and registration fees are forfeited if the student withdraws fewer than fifteen (15) business days before the class start date.  At that point VMTraining will work with the student to reschedule them into a future class delivery, and offer a tuition credit that is good for one year from the date of the original scheduled delivery the student enrolled in.

Rescheduling

Students may reschedule a class up to eleven (11) business days before the scheduled start date without penalty. Rescheduling will be defined as transferring registration to the same course on a different date, or transferring to another course of equal or lesser value up to six (6) months from the original course start date.

If a student reschedules fewer than eleven (11) business days before the class, or reschedules for a second time, the entire original course fee may be forfeited. If VMTraining representatives determine a course forfeiture, an additional course fee will be required for the new registration.

Substitutions

Substitutions are permitted prior to the start of the class but are subject to a 5% change fee. All substitutions must be submitted I in writing to sales@vmtraining.net or call (919) 889-1880 prior to the start of class.

No Show

Failure to attend without written notice prior to the start date of the course will be considered a “no show” and will result in forfeiture of the full course price.
